A SURF SCOTER was seen by Peder Svingen on Lake Winnibigoshish on October 6th, and two were seen in Duluth at the recreation area of Park Point on the 5th.

An Adult LESSER BLACK-BACKED GULL was identified by Paul Budde at Lake Harriet in Minneapolis on the 4th.
