[rba] [mou] Snowy Owl in Melrude (St Louis Co)

Joshua, Peter, and Heidi discovered a young male Snowy owl in Melrude today.  It moved around quite a bit but was last seen in the vicinity of the Melrude Pub (about three miles east of Highway 53 on cr 59).
