Good day at Jirik Sod Farms with the following species seen:

Am. Golden Plover- 12-15 birds present very close to the road. Some still had partial breeding plumage so I was able to see the black on the undertail coverts and gold on back. I believe the birds were gone by the time I left at around 12:45.
Peregrine Falcon- Flying over but did not come down to harass the shorebirds.
Wilson's Snipe- 1
Least Sand.- 2
Pectoral Sand- 1
L. Yellowlegs- 3
Spotted Sand.- 3
Killdeer- At least 70

Purgatory Creek- What a difference a day makes! There are virtually no exposed mudflats. I still saw the following in the short time I was there:

Pectoral Sand- 5
Least Sand.- 3
Yellowlegs- At least 20, especially common at the small pond before the blind.
Green-winged teal- Many in non-breeding plumage.
Am. White Pelican- 1

Good Birding,
