[mou] MOU membership

Well said, Steve. Your post gives clear, postive reasons to support the
MOU. However, the level of discussion on this subject has been dragged
down by a couple of individuals. I am here to read about birds, not
personal attacks by children.

When I receive email that is obviously from an undesirable source or spam,
I just delete it. Why waste time with junk. From now on I will do that
with all posts from Mike Hendrickson, Larry Sirvio, and Richard Wood.
Problem solved.

Regards,
Steve Slocum
