MINNESOTA ORNITHOLOGIST'S UNION
The Minnesota Ornithologists' Union is an organization of both professionals and amateurs interested in birds, which foster the study of birds. The MOU aims to create and increase public interest in birds; promoting the preservation of bird life and its natural habitat. To carry out these aims, the MOU publishes a journal, The Loon, and a magazine, Minnesota Birding. The MOU is supported by dues from members and affiliated clubs, and by special gifts.
